Excelente producto, solo tengo una inquietud

El producto en cuestión es fantástico, mide la temperatura de una manera muy precisa, su portabilidad e interfaz son algo muy agradable, para mi es un cinco estrellas definitivamente. Solo tengo una inquietud, en la presentación dice que tiene tecnología patentada, me gustaría tener algo más de detalles, es con fines netamente académicos.

Broken off the box

I’ve received this thermometer as a gift for our newborn baby, and was excited to use it. However, upon opening the box and putting the two triple A batteries, it’s already broken! We can hear a fast clicking sound, and when you look at the screen, it’s just a fast flickering screen that doesn’t show you anything. Really disappointed on what we received. Contacted their support team in hopes of getting this fixed.

The best!

This is the best Infrared thermometer I was able to find. Bought several different ones and none of them measured to ELERA. Very simple and easy to use with a variety of different settings (depending what you need). I started using it at the daycare during COVID. It's super easy to use it with young children, they specially enjoy color coding for different temperatures. I strongly recomend it and I would buy it again in a heartbeat.
